I had everything done at once: deviated septum + rhinitis + sinusitis + nasal valve + rhinoplasty. I had silicone + septal cartilage at the nasal tip + artificial cartilage as a support, and so far I don’t have side effects like inflammation, but people say using septal cartilage for the nasal tip is not good. Why is it not good? Also, the swelling on my nasal bridge has gone down a bit and settled, but I feel like the nasal tip is too high. It looks so awkward and obviously looks like I had my nose done. From the outside, it doesn’t look swollen, but will it become more natural with time? Also, they say artificial cartilage naturally gets absorbed once tissue attaches to the nasal tip and it gains strength. Is that true?
