I had surgery while removing filler, and from the time the splint was removed, the glabella was high, the nose drooped, and the nasal tip was low. Also, all the blue capillaries in the glabella were visible. I thought time would heal it, but now that 6 months have passed and it has become slimmer, on a nose that is not even high, only the glabella is still high, so it looks very obviously operated on. The nose has become smaller, but the glabella is high and the blue capillaries are still the same. The blue capillaries are visible enough that everyone who sees them asks why it is like that, but they do not show well in photos. The glabella is still puffy, and I wonder if the filler was not removed from the glabella before surgery, because when I press it, it feels soft and squishy. It does not feel firmly settled, as if something is inside. And even now, 6 months later, I cannot blow my nose, and nasal mucus is always clumped inside my nose, ready to come out. I remove it every time I wash my face, but it is so hard I do not know whether I should remove the silicone, or whether getting filler-dissolving injections before that would make the glabella come down a bit more. I also do not like that the nasal tip was left drooping down like an eagle nose, but I am afraid that if I remove everything, my nose will become unbearably strange. If I at least remove only the silicone, will the impression around my glabella return and will the blue bruise-like capillaries lessen, so that I can feel more comfortable?
