I had rhinoplasty in March 2013 and had removal surgery at the end of December that same year. Septal deviation + osteotomy + hump shaving + silicone + septal cartilage for the nasal tip + cartilage tying.. It seems like absolutely everything was done.... Right after the surgery, I was so shocked and regretful that I even developed panic disorder, went to a neuropsychiatry clinic, and it was a whole ordeal.. At the end of December that year, I decided on complete removal, but after hearing that it would collapse if everything was removed, I was terrified in the operating room and asked them not to make it too low.. So I had the surgery, but they had left the nasal tip cartilage behind... Because I was so scared... But after the swelling went down, maybe 2 months later... the nasal tip was so pointy that I became extremely sensitive again... So I asked them to remove everything in my nose, and the hospital told me to come in... They said they had removed everything and that what remained was scar tissue.. Even so, there was a lot of swelling and the nasal tip was too pointy, so I remembered hearing that I should keep pressing it before contracture set in, and I used to press it often.. Then one day... I collided really hard with someone and kneaded the nasal tip as if twisting it, and something like hard cartilage went snap~ and came loose, then moved around in the nasal tip.. It kept moving back and forth right above the columella, but I was too busy, so I left it for a week and then went to the hospital where I had the surgery. But the cartilage that had been moving had sagged down under the nasal tip and was stuck there, and they said there was nothing wrong and told me I had a psychological problem... So even though I clearly said it had snapped loose, dangled and moved around in the nasal tip, and that something was wrong, no matter how much I cried out, they said my own carelessness had damaged my nose and that visually there was nothing wrong.. But from then on, from the side, my nose looked extremely abnormally pointy and drooped like an old witch’s nose... My nose was originally crooked, but because my nose kept becoming sensitive and I kept touching it, the nasal tip became even more crooked... It was okay for a while, but these days the pinching has become so severe, and the area above the nasal tip has softened and sinks in so badly that, after much thought, I’m leaving a post for the first time in a long while. From the side, the nose droops completely and is pointy, and the upper part of the nasal tip is bent like /, with the end of my nasal tip looking as if it’s dangling from it... It seems so serious that I’m uploading photos... I’m so terrified that I really never want to get on an operating table again, but this nose that keeps getting thinner, pinched, and bent in a way I don’t know whether it’s broken is making me cry so much... My nose has already been touched 3 times, and when I think about living like this, tears just keep flowing. It was originally a broad nose and a slightly upturned, cute nose, but I never knew that the surgery I chose after much 고민 because I had severe septal deviation would ruin my life like this. They said everything was removed, but I couldn’t make a pig nose, and I don’t know what that hard cartilage-like thing was that had come loose and dangled in my nasal tip.... All I can think is that I need to get an X-ray as soon as tomorrow. Even now, the cartilage that protrudes from the nasal tip and can be felt is causing me so much stress... Even now, I can’t make a pig nose, and maybe because I’ve kneaded my nose so much, there is severe pulling-like pain in the nasal tip cartilage. I know I shouldn’t keep touching it, but I’m touching my nose like it’s really a psychiatric illnessㅜ Lastly, I’m crying so much over whether I need to have a 4th surgery..... If I do have it, I want cartilage repositioning to release the completely pinched area and remove the things sticking out long from the nasal tipㅜ What should I do... I’m leaving this post at night, unable to sleep...
