3 Weeks After Surgery, My Columella Is Leaning..

Nose surgery.. I am now entering week 3.

Even before surgery, my nose was originally a bit crooked, and it is still crooked after surgery. Rather than saying it is crooked, I want to say it is slightly leaning to the left. I had osteotomy, but it feels like one side may have been done less, and perhaps the swelling is going down differently on each side; when I look at the side line of my nose from the left and right, the slope feels different. Rather than the nasal bridge, should I say the nasal tip? is turned toward the left.. The columella is also crooked, the nostrils are very uneven, and the nasal cartilage? the white part visible inside the nostril is bulging only on the right side. (The inside space of the nose is also narrower on the right.) Also, when seen from below, it is clearly visible that the nasal column is leaning to the left.

But it is awkward to blame the clinic because I was warned before surgery that people whose nose is crooked before surgery may look even more crooked afterward, and I went onto the operating table knowing that, so it is hard to complain loudly ㅜㅜ....

After surgery, the clinic says my original nose was crooked, so it looks more noticeable now. They also say once the swelling goes down, it will not be that noticeable. If there is facial asymmetry, it looks more crooked. They say the cartilage protruding only on one side (the white part inside the nostril) is because my own cartilage was originally crooked, and so on... ㅠ.ㅠ

What I am curious about is

1. Even though I had correction for a deviated septum, is it difficult to correct a crooked nose? 2. Is it common for swelling to go down unevenly on the right and left sides? 3. Once even the residual swelling goes down, will the leaning of the columella or uneven nostrils improve? 4. Is there also swelling inside the nose?

Since I am only now entering week 3, I do feel like I may be rushing, but I think most of the major swelling has gone down, so after worrying about it, I am leaving this post. I wrote a rambling post, so I am not sure if it will be understandable, but please do not just pass by and give me advice.
