Male Nose Surgery

Questions about my nose 1. I had my nasal bridge built up by 6 mm, but the bridge does not look high. As shown in the photo, only the area in front of the nasal tip looks round, and from the side it looks like a feminine nasal bridge. (Autologous dermis was used for the nasal tip) → Will the nasal tip keep staying in that shape? 2. I think my columella has collapsed downward. The nasal tip is not pointed and has drooped down like a beak. Is that because the columella has collapsed? 3. If the columella has collapsed or if it stays in that shape, can the nasal tip be made pointed through cartilage repositioning? 4. The width of the nose and the width where the nasal tip is are both too wide. I plan to have revision surgery after 5 months. If I ask them to make the silicone narrower in width and adjust the nasal angle, can it become what people commonly call a straight nose? Right now, I would even be okay with a chalk-like nose; I want to make a masculine straight nose. I am currently left with a semi-ski-slope nose, so I am extremely disappointed, and I get very stressed every time I look in the mirror. 5. For revision rhinoplasty, what is the earliest possible timing, 3 months or 6 months?
