Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Those who had nasal tip cartilage removed.. please give me some advice.... second removal…

Thirteen years after nose surgery, pain appeared, so I only removed the silicone.. I removed only part of the ear cartilage..... There is still ear cartilage in the nasal tip.... At every hospital I went to, they said I was just sensitive and should live with it, but when I had it removed, there was slight inflammation... Then 6 months later, the same pain came back.... It has now been... 2 years and 6 months since that kind of pain started... My nose feels tight... and throbs..... I’ve been enduring it until now while taking a huge amount of rhinitis medication... At the ENT clinic, they said rhinitis would not cause this kind of pain.. The hospital where I had it done disappeared, so I can’t know how the nasal tip was operated on... I’m scared and can’t even have it removed... Back then they only said, let’s just raise the bridge of the nose, and to prevent the silicone from protruding, let’s use ear cartilage... If there’s nothing wrong with the nose, it can’t be possible to have this kind of pain for over 2 years, right????? I also often have slightly yellow nasal discharge.... Since last year, I’ve also developed symptoms of phlegm going down the back of my throat..... And inside my nose, the outside of my nose often itches..... Sometimes it feels like there’s a smell coming from my nose too.... It would be wise for me to remove it with an open approach, right?????? The hospitals keep pushing only revision surgery and scare me by saying my nose shape will become strange, so I’ve endured it until now.... What should I do..... Every day is so painful..... I’m also really worried about the scar from open removal...
