Nose Re-Surgery

Day 9 after nasal silicone removal, photos attached (cartilage support + cartilage nasal tip + silicone = silicone…

<My story is really long, and fitting with how anxious my situation was, I’ve written posts often. Please refer to my previous post for the earlier story~>   I had only the nasal silicone removed and took just 3 days’ worth of medication.   The hospital said it would be fine even if I came back after a month,   so I removed the tape by myself at home, went to a wedding two days later while still swollen,   and ate well without being picky, getting a balanced range of nutrients and taking supplements too.   I tried to relax and rest at ease,   but because I was worried about upturning and was sensitive to various symptoms after removal, I still couldn’t become completely comfortable mentally.   I took photos every day and left inquiries with the hospital where I had surgery,   and the director wrote replies, so I read them and felt reassured~   Now the swelling has gone down quite a lot, but they said the fluid and blood will all drain out after 3 weeks, so I’m waiting.   (In my case, it wasn’t inflammation; fluid had accumulated in my nose.)   It doesn’t particularly hurt, but the stitched area sometimes twinges and hurts a little now~   Since I wasn’t a case with severe inflammation or anything like that,   the director told me not to worry, so I’m trying not to worry about upturning~   but while looking in the mirror, I’m still anxious every single day, wondering if it has turned up.   Yesterday, after having my nose implant removed, I met up with friends.   They said they couldn’t really tell and that it didn’t look strange.   Honestly, for me too, it’s just that the bridge between my eyes is gone; my eyes are originally big, so I didn’t feel that diminished. (I regret it every day, thinking, if this was how it would be, I really shouldn’t have had rhinoplasty)   I’m genuinely living much happier than when I had silicone in my nose.   For those who have issues or want removal, please be brave~   I’m just going to live thinking of it as IU’s glabella.. hahaha   No matter how much time passes, I will absolutely never do anything to my nose again.   And actually, at first, there were severe wrinkles on the nasal bridge area. But now it’s not like that.     Maybe because I still have a bit of fluid-retention swelling only on the right side   Other people say the contraction phase? has severe tightness, but I don’t have any at all   But um.. until the day before yesterday, if the flesh had been sagging a bit sideways,   now it feels like my skin elasticity is coming back!   Could this be the contraction phase Please let me know~       Then I’ll come back and leave another review~~     Ah, and thank you to the people who left reviews in this community like I did~ Reading them also reassured me about nasal upturning and things like that.     Ah, before removal, what I worried about a lot was whether taking out the silicone would create a slope between the nasal tip and the bridge.   There is a slight slope, if that’s what I should call it,   but I think the tip of my nose looks really pretty, like my own nose~   You know~ like when people have a high nose with a slight hump, others say they didn’t have surgery and that it’s a natural nose.
