I ended up coming here while looking for information about removal. I had nose surgery at a large hospital in Gangnam, and I was satisfied with both the shape and height. My nose was very low, so it had always been a complex for me. But after my first surgery, because my skin was quite thin, the cartilage started showing through. I had revision surgery right away 1 year after the first surgery... They lowered the height and harvested fat to place around the nasal septum area, but as time passed, it started showing through again. It seems that if your skin is thin like mine, these kinds of problems can keep happening... My nose was so low that I really don't want removal, but lately my nose feels tight and keeps feeling heavy, so I asked the hospital, and they just said there is no external problem and that it is only psychological... But because the heavy feeling keeps continuing along with headaches, it feels like a foreign-body sensation... I'm currently worrying about what I should do. I hope everyone makes a careful choice
