10 years ago, I had rhinoplasty using autologous septal cartilage at a plastic surgery clinic. At the time, no silicone was inserted, so there was no inflammatory reaction, and I liked that there was no restriction in nasal movement, but in the end, my nostrils have returned to an asymmetric state. The cartilage also looks like it is protruding from inside After the nose surgery, I developed vascular and allergic rhinitis that I did not have before, and my nasal obstruction is also severe, so it feels like my concentration has decreased. I plan to have revision surgery not only for cosmetic reasons but also for functional improvement. Even if the nose is surgically shaped, it seems that it eventually twists or collapses, deforms easily, and leads to revision surgery. For me, it was an unavoidable choice because of a facial deformity, but if it is surgery simply to raise the nose for cosmetic reasons or to copy a celebrity, I hope you think very carefully...
