I had revision rhinoplasty on 2015.6.22. Silicone for the nasal bridge (m8?) Nasal tip with ear cartilage + septal cartilage + autologous ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage (columellar strut support) + AlloDerm (added because my skin is too thin) After surgery, they do taping and put on a splint, right? Through the nasal tip taping, I could see blood pooled purplish at the nasal tip. This disappeared on post-op day 3. Post-op day 4. A small pimple appeared on the nasal tip. Post-op day 7. After removing the nose taping, removing the columella stitches, and getting the clinic’s cleansing, I came home and, like in the photo, the nasal dorsum and nasal tip are red from the front. According to the doctor, it’s not inflammation. It has been like this since post-op day 7, and I really can’t get a sense of what state this is. Currently I’m not taking any medication, have no fever, and have no swelling. The swelling is going down. I wonder if I’m just dull and can’t feel pain.. I came to ask everyone for advice. I’m anxious and nervous.
