Every hospital I go to says that if I remove the silicone, it will look flat (I had a hump shaved down), and that I need osteotomy or dermis.....................
They all only say things like that...
The director at the hospital where I had surgery has moved hospitals so many times over the past few years......... Somehow I found out which hospital he is at now... On the website (the hospital where I had surgery closed and he moved to a large hospital... but the old closed hospital's page still remains)
When I said I wanted removal, he said I would be dissatisfied if it was taken out... and recommended dermis... So I left another post... I said I wanted it removed even if I was dissatisfied, but he kept talking only about dermis.........;;;;
Maybe he lacks confidence after silicone removal because he shaved my nose roughly.... lol Even if the hump was shaved less, I think it would rather look more natural than if it had been shaved straight flat, so now I just want to leave it alone... (I am satisfied because the hump is much less than before surgery...) Anyway, when I asked on that website at the time..... he said he had left that hospital and was working with a senior he knew........ After seeing that post, I thought I should do it somewhere else... (because it felt unsettling...)
Honestly, I had no complaints until about 5 years had passed... I was satisfied just thinking the hump was gone.. People around me couldn't tell at all, so it didn't look obvious... But I thought that even for a hump nose, everyone just shaved the hump a little and put silicone on top... At good hospitals, they do osteotomy or use other methods. Putting 3.5-4 mm silicone on a hump nose... Sigh... my nose got bigger ㅠㅠ And it also seems like the shaving on both sides is slightly different...... Now I just want to live without any other surgery....... My skin is gradually getting thinner too, so the silicone line is becoming visible ㅠㅠ Until a few weeks ago I kept looking into cartilage removal, but I got scared........ The cartilage also sometimes feels like it moves little by little... When you remove makeup with facial oil, you open your mouth, right? lol Then sometimes the cartilage area feels like it catches or aches... Maybe it feels even more like that because I often pick inside my nose lololololol I hate having anything inside my nose ...ㅠㅠ
Anyway, when I go for consultations at plastic surgery clinics, they recommend all sorts of things, so if I say I only want removal, I feel like they won't take me... and they might do it carelessly ㅠㅠ Should I just close my eyes and go get only the removal done? ㅠㅠ Or should I go back to the director who did my surgery and only get removal from him????????
+ I attached photos. It seems like the cartilage is bending like in photo 2 ㅠㅠ Sometimes it comes out like that in photos... When I remove makeup and look, it's not noticeable at all... Anyway, if it appears like that in photos, it means it is progressing that way... so it's scary... For now, when removing the silicone, I think I should ask them to remove the cartilage too if it is not adhered...
