I raised my nasal tip by as much as 4 mm with septal cartilage, so if I have this septal cartilage removed, could my nose collapse?

And the nasal support?? Is it the columella? That part is extremely hard too. Can that also be removed? The columella area and the septal cartilage used to raise the nasal tip can each be assessed separately, right?

If I remove the septal cartilage from the nasal tip and leave the columellar strut, would that keep my nose from collapsing?

If not, I want to remove the columellar strut too.

Unlike other people who just get ordinary silicone or have the septal cartilage raised only slightly, I feel like they harvested a huge amount of my septal cartilage, so I’m worried my nose might collapse if I take out the implant. Would it be okay to remove it..
