Hello? I had three types of facial contouring - under-ear jaw (I didn’t originally have a square jaw, but I still had square jaw surgery for a smoother line..) + mini V-line chin-tip reduction (at first, I was only planning to do this surgery~) + secondary angle - I did everything except the cheekbones, and the photos are from yesterday, day 5. Today is day 6, and the director who operated on me said that losing about 1-2 kg during the recovery period can help prevent postoperative cheek sagging, so I’ve been walking hard on the treadmill at the gym.. Is it okay that I did gym spinning a little harder, really intensely^^:: for about 1 minute? This is both a review and.. a question~ Also, around days 5-6 after contouring, I opened my mouth wide and talked quite a bit for a short time. Will that be okay~?^^ I haven’t done any ice packs at all^^: and I’m already eating regular rice. Because honestly, it wasn’t very, very uncomfortable.... My speech is still slurred because of swelling under my tongue, but I can open my mouth enough to fit two fingers.. This was my review and questions from day 5 and today, day 6~
And.. Since I was already doing it, should I have done my cheekbones too.. The director didn’t mention it during the consultation....^^:
