I have a bit of a dorsal hump, so I had 4 mm of the hump shaved, silicone inserted, and the nasal tip raised with septal cartilage. It has been one month since my nose surgery. I decided to remove the silicone and lower the nasal tip to match that, but I’m worried about the area where the hump was shaved ㅠㅠ What happens to the shape if you shave a hump and then remove the silicone?? Aside from people saying it becomes uneven, I’ve also heard it can look flat or become flattened, but I don’t know exactly what that means ㅠㅠ Please help ㅠㅠ
