2 years ago, I got natural-looking inline double eyelids through the buried suture method, and I was very satisfied with them myself. But as time passed, the natural-looking line gradually became lower,
and sometimes when I woke up in the morning, my left double eyelid would be completely gone, to the point where I had to spend 10 minutes before work using double eyelid glue to recreate the missing double eyelid.
To commemorate leaving my job(?), I had a consultation with the director who performed my first surgery in order to get the revision surgery I had long wanted, but in my mind I was already thinking,
instead of naturalness, I want an incision method that can last a long time! A glamorous outline! So I decided to proceed with incision + outline surgery.
During the consultation, the director looked at my very sagging eyelids and said I also needed ptosis correction, so I received incision + outline + ptosis correction.
And now, 4 months later, I have my first regret: the outline does not suit my eye shape. On top of that, because of the ptosis correction + incision, when I close my eyes,
the clear surgical scars are visible, and the swelling does not go down, so my feelings are complicated and heavy in many ways. I am thinking about revision surgery again, but I’m not in a situation where I can do it right away,
and I have all kinds of complicated thoughts, such as whether I can have another revision surgery, whether I can change the outline to an inline, whether it is okay to touch my eyes again, and so on.
Still, I’m trying to think positively. Thanks to this, I learned a tip that isn’t really a tip, that burdock tea is good for swelling! For double eyelid lines,
don’t get greedy and choose a shape that suits me! And while searching for another revision surgery, I also found this community, so I believe things will go well, whether now or later.
