My eyesight was always bad, so I lived relying on glasses + contact lenses for important occasions. Since LASIK is still surgery, I was scared and kept putting it off and off and off until I finally got it done, and wow.... SMILE LASIK is really the best thing I’ve done in my life, to the point that I regret why I put it off so long!! If I could go back, I’d do it earlier and faster Before surgery, we were waiting in a line like a factory, then when my name was called I went in and had the surgery (the surgery time was short too). When I came out, I felt a foreign-body sensation like sand had gotten in my eyes Keeping my eyes closed made it a bit better, so I went home and put in serum + artificial tears + eye drops on schedule, and maybe I was tired because I slept all day The next day, when I opened my eyes, it was a whole new world When I opened my eyes, I used to look for glasses or contacts, but I could see every letter clearly without them, so it was so amazing So for a while I was so happy that I went around reading every sign, and all the letters far away out loud I did it in the 2 million won range, but even if it had been 20 million won, it would not have felt like a waste; I’m so, so, so glad I got SMILE LASIK Even now, 2 years later, I have no side effects My vision hasn’t dropped either, and I don’t have eye stinging or glare/halos, so I’m extremely satisfied Anyone considering SMILE LASIK!! I really strongly recommend it!!
