I had silicone and ear cartilage, but I think there’s been some distortion, so I’m debating whether to get a revision surgery or have everything removed altogether. Every day feels scary and worrying... Why did I even do plastic surgery............. Please answer me ㅠ
1. In my mind, since I already used ear cartilage, if I do revision surgery, I’ll probably have to use septal cartilage for the nasal tip. But I really, absolutely do not want to use septal cartilage... Usually is it 'ear cartilage -> septal cartilage -> costal cartilage or buttock area? graft' in that order?
2. If I remove everything completely, will my nose look different from my original nose? Will it get lower? Will the tip rise up more?
3. Is revision surgery more expensive than the first nose surgery, and is a second revision even more expensive?
