I had nasal alar reduction during surgery. Do you mean the alar wings were cut? Right now I want full removal, but they say it won't go back to how it was before. In what way is that? Does it mean the boundary between the bridge of the nose and the nostrils disappears? Or does it mean the nose becomes smaller? I really don't understand, and I'm going crazy because of this. Please answer and help me.
