<Before surgery - very thin inner double eyelids, looks like monolids from the front><I like dramatic eyes, so I set the line a little thick; my eyes became twice as big>The after-surgery photos are from the 1-month mark For surgery, I got double eyelid surgery by incision, and I also got full canthoplasty to make my eyes bigger. I had a lot of eyelid fat, so I also got fat removal.. ^^ You can basically say I did everything that was possible. I’ll have to watch the residual swelling a little longer, but I’m hoping the line comes out exactly like it is now (with only the swelling going down more). My friends said wouldn’t a lower line still be prettier, but I just pushed ahead with the look I wanted and got the surgery done dramatically, and for now I really like it. For the double eyelid line, I had eyes I wanted (Nana unnieㅎ), so during the consultation I showed the director photos and said I wanted it like this. Rather than just blindly setting the line high, I think he set the line well so it suited my eyes the best. In the early days after surgery, I was amazed every day like, wow, can eyes really get this big? And my parents, who had opposed the surgery, watched the swelling gradually go down and the line settle, then said they were sorry they didn’t let me get double eyelid surgery when I was younger ㅠㅠ lol (such a sad-funny situation.. actually not funny ㅠ) Originally I had a lot of fat on my eyelids and weak eye-opening strength, so my eye shine was really all covered, and photos didn’t capture how I looked in real life, but doing ptosis correction together made opening my eyes much easier, good good ^-^b I used to open my eyes with my forehead and almost got forehead wrinkles at a young age soon, but opening my eyes is definitely muuuch easier now. The major swelling was mostly gone in less than 2 weeks, and I’m doing all daily activities and makeup without any restrictions. The hospital staff were also so kind… and the director was warm, so I liked that. Honestly, part of why I decided on surgery was because of the director’s consultation style and impression, and I really think everyone will feel it right away if they talk to him. Ah.. he is absolutely not someone who would mess around with my eyes.... lolololololol That kind of thought? As a result, the symmetry of both eyes is very, very clean, and the line came out exactly as the director and I set it until right before going into surgery, so I felt like my eye for this wasn’t wrong. I’m looking forward to it because I think it will become even more natural once the residual swelling here goes down more. The 3-month follow-up.. I did set a date for now, but since I’m not dissatisfied with anything at all, I think, do I really need to? Still, I kind of want to go because I want to see the director’s face one more time!! Honestly, before surgery I wondered if setting a dramatic line would mean I’d get macaron swelling to that extent, but just.. I think the answer is meeting an insanely skilled director with golden hands. Skill beats swelling.. I’m just going to chant forever that I’m glad I got double eyelid surgery.....
