They said that because my under-eyes were sagging, just under-eye fat repositioning could cause wrinkling, but since I’m still young, they didn’t recommend lower blepharoplasty, so I decided to do only under-eye fat repositioning. They also recommended micro fat grafting, but I just didn’t do that. I decided not to because I’ll either proceed separately later after checking the progress, or I’m planning facial liposuction later, so I’m thinking of doing it together then.
