I had a consultation with the consultation manager, and they clearly told me that the procedure I had gone in interested in, which uses the Inno Plus laser for under-eye fat, was not suitable for me. They said it is effective for people whose under-eyes sag because their skin elasticity has decreased with age, so if under-eye fat bothers me, it would be better to just have under-eye fat repositioning surgery.
