I went for a removal consultation at the hospital where I had surgery

I went earlier and came back crying my eyes out.. At first, I felt really intimidated because it seemed like they were looking at me as if I were a difficult customer, but the director still consulted with me well, so the visit went okay. I’m a student preparing to transfer schools, and I went to ask about the cost because I was planning to pay for the removal with money from my part-time job. But the director scolded me, saying he wouldn’t charge me, so I should just study. I was grateful. Fortunately, he said almost no septal cartilage was used in my nose, and the columellar strut is almost all ear cartilage, so if I want to take it out, removal would be easy. He said he can do it anytime if I want, but he can’t guarantee the shape. He did say he doesn’t understand why I want to remove it when it looks pretty even now. I said I dislike that my nose has become longer and that the tip is too pointy, so he suggested changing the silicone and lowering the starting point, but I think removal is right for me..
