Fortunately, he said almost no septal cartilage was used in my nose, and the columellar strut is almost all ear cartilage, so if I want to take it out, removal would be easy. He said he can do it anytime if I want, but he can’t guarantee the shape. He did say he doesn’t understand why I want to remove it when it looks pretty even now. I said I dislike that my nose has become longer and that the tip is too pointy, so he suggested changing the silicone and lowering the starting point, but I think removal is right for me.. I’m confused. For now, since I’m about 4 months post-op, he told me to come back in 2 months. I also had chin augmentation, and I’m going to remove that too, so I think it would look strange if only my nose stayed sharp. Removing everything is probably right, isn’t it? If something goes wrong, it all becomes their fault and hurts the hospital’s image, so that must be why. Don’t worry. I’ll ask in 2 months whether my nose will turn up or whether the nose was rasped.
