I had Gore-Tex on the nasal bridge, septal cartilage and ear cartilage at the nasal tip, and cartilage tying all completely removed through an open approach 3 weeks after surgery. It was because of discomfort and psychological issues. I had the stitches removed yesterday. Today is day 8, and my nose feels like it is gradually getting a bit hard. It also feels like my nose may have lifted slightly. The overall shape still seems to be about 80% of my pre-surgery nose. It seems a little more gathered and higher than my old nose. The nasal tip is a bit firm too. Starting today, I’m thinking of doing light massage and warm compresses, and taking vitamins and Rizaben. I really wish time would pass quickly
