I had surgery in Apgujeong in early February, and now it’s been about three and a half months. I think the surgery went fairly well, and the nerve sensation in my lower gums has almost come back recently, so I felt relieved, but the sensation feels a bit strange when I make the orange-peel dimpling on my chin, and the incision site inside my mouth feels a little tight. After having the surgery, I feel like the square jaw side definitely recovers faster and has fewer side effects compared with other surgeries, but since T-osteotomy involves cutting and assembling the bone, it seems like a surgery with a fairly high level of risk. I think it was a good decision to leave a lot of the mandibular angle under the ears, since I’m a man.. The effect isn’t dramatic, more like I lost weight and got a V-line. About that much. When I compare my before-and-after photos, I think I changed a lot, but most acquaintances don’t notice. I considered getting my cheekbones done too, but I didn’t because I was worried about cheek sagging. Now I don’t have to worry about it, saved money, and it was a good choice.
