Square jaw + anterior chin (genioplasty advancement) surgery review.

I had a long face, and the square jaw on both sides had developed asymmetrically, so with facial asymmetry, protrusive mouth, and a retruded chin, my face had a lot of uneven contours, and people said I looked about 5 years older than my actual age. After correcting the protrusive mouth to some extent with orthodontic treatment, I had square jaw + anterior chin surgery around April of last year. Because of the asymmetrical development of the square jaw, my face, which used to look uneven, became smoother, and thanks to the genioplasty advancement, the protrusive mouth improved even more than after orthodontic treatment, so now people see me as about my actual age haha (Since my face is long, I think looking older is something that can’t really be helped, so I’m honestly grateful even for this much^^) I had no pain or anything related to the surgery at all. I only remember being uncomfortable for about 1–2 weeks^^ I’m so satisfied that even if I could turn back time, I think I would do it again haha P.S. - Also, no one can tell that I had surgery.. You might think that’s a bad thing, but most people don’t pay that much attention to the detailed parts of someone else’s face. Even I sometimes wonder, did I really have surgery? but when I look at photos, I can clearly feel the difference.
