It’s day 8 after having two procedures: cheekbone reduction and long-curve jaw surgery.. I know all the swelling probably hasn’t gone down yet, but when I touch my chin tip, one side feels sunken, so it’s asymmetric... It was a clinic and director I trusted so much.... I’m having such a hard time with the feeling of betrayal.. I must have been out of my mind. Why did I do it? Of course, right now, I do like that the cheekbones that used to be there are reduced. But they say cheek sagging comes on strongly after 1-2 years, right..? Sigh... Before surgery, I was so driven by the desire to become prettier that I didn’t think about what would happen later. Now that I’ve belatedly come here and read reviews, I’m filled with so much regret, really... I should have just done the cheekbones. Why did I also do the jaw and create this whole mess.. I have no one to talk to, and I’m so frustrated I feel like I’m going crazy.. Every day is so depressing that I feel like I’m losing it. Tomorrow I’m going to get a postoperative bone CT scan.. Please, I hope the chin-tip asymmetry isn’t severe and that the nerve isn’t exposed.. Please
