I had nose surgery 10 years ago, and the nasal tip was done with ear cartilage. The line is straight.... I want to change it to look a bit more feminine!! I originally had a hump nose and had it shaved down, so my nose is large compared with my facial features... If I get revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage, will it become a bit smaller? Will it get bigger?? I'm looking at The Nan and Edition, but are they too dramatic?
