As the swelling got worse, it felt like my cheeks were about to burst inside my mouth, and I couldn’t close my mouth wellㅜㅜ Still, I made sure to eat rice and New Care, took my medicine regularly, and focused on recovery The most uncomfortable thing was that I kept biting my cheeks, and even while washing carefully, washing my hair was especially difficult because I was worried water might get into the cheekbone area..ㅜ As each day passed, I became so swollen that I couldn’t close my mouth, and I reached the most swollen state of my life. When I went back to the hospital and had the tape and stitches removed, I felt much more refreshed! From then on, I started wearing elastics, which hurt so much, and I felt really sorry because I lost an elastic in such a short timeㅜ^ㅜ Since it was hard to close my mouth, I even practiced by marking the position on my lips with eyeliner lololol As I kept doing that, I gradually got the hang of it, closing my mouth became easier, and I also became able to wear the elastics well! As for the swelling, when I went for walks it definitely went down, then after sleeping it would come back again, repeating like that lololol Still, overall the swelling gradually decreased, so I felt good every time I looked in the mirror, and I could see my jawline becoming slimmer. However, the cheekbones, upper cheeks, and philtrum area still had swelling for a long time, but since I was satisfied with the surgical result, it wasn’t a big source of stress. I kept being amazed by Director Kim’s skill lololol!!bb After about a month, my pronunciation improved a lot, and I was so surprised when I saw from the X-ray examination that the bones had clearly been reducedㅎㅎ From then on, I started orthodontic treatment in earnest as well, and I was truly grateful because the director in charge and the staff treated me so warmly ㅜ ㅜ Before surgery I was scared and worried, but once I actually did it, recovery was fast, and now I feel so comfortable that it’s hard to believe I had surgery The orthodontic treatment is also going smoothly, and without major discomfort I’m laughing and yawning as much as I want lololol!! Every time I see my teeth becoming neatly aligned, it feels fascinating, and the mouth that used to trap food and look unpleasant now looks so pretty. I’m so satisfied that I really wonder why I didn’t do double-jaw surgery and orthodontic treatment sooner!!!!!!!
