It’s only high in height, but the line is straight and sharply high. I want to lower it overall and reshape it into a straight-to-curved line. Should I use donated costal cartilage again, or should I use autologous costal cartilage? Right now it really looks like a man’s operated nose It has a transgender-like feel. If the silicone showing through is placed thinner, would it be less noticeable? I’m thinking of going to a private clinic. How is Lowell? Or you can recommend other places with a similar line too..
