Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

It’s been exactly 2 weeks + 1 day today.

It has been exactly 2 weeks and one more day since I had the donated costal cartilage and silicone removed on Tuesday two weeks ago.

Today is the day to remove the internal stitches, but I don’t have time, so I’m going to the hospital on Friday to have them removed,, I think this will be my last hospital visit now. After the removal surgery, I never saw the doctor even once. lol They removed it for free and I did sign an agreement saying the hospital had no responsibility, but still, couldn’t they at least check my progress? lol Since the day I remove the internal stitches will probably be the last visit, I need to make sure I see the doctor before I come back. One good thing is that after removal, when they took off the splint and said my skin was damaged, they gave me radiofrequency care lol

I had a severely upturned nose with basically no columella. It was short and had no nasal bridge at all.. ㅜㅜ After removal, the part where the donated costal cartilage support had been extended down below the columella and the part pushed forward at the nasal tip went back in and lifted a lot ㅜ There is still a little bit left, and I hope it stops here ㅜㅜ Most members want to go back to their original nose shape, but I don’t want to go back to my original nose,, I’m a different case, right? lol I had the removal because of strange sensations and psychological anxiety that side effects might come, so I didn’t have major dissatisfaction with the shape.. Even after surgery, just looking at my nose, it wasn’t a pretty nose.. It was just that the upturned nose was improved compared to before,,, If it hadn’t been donated costal cartilage and had been septal cartilage, I would have removed only the silicone. Donated costal cartilage also counts as an implant, so I felt anxious.. At first, the director had said not to remove the donated costal cartilage. ㅠ My current nose condition is that scar tissue has formed. Since the 12th, my nose kept getting hard and then softening, and from last night until now it’s been hard. I don’t know yet if it has lifted a lot.. I also feel pulling sensations like my nose is contracting,, For me, it especially seems to happen a lot at night when I lie down to sleep. I did a warm compress in the morning, but I’m not sure it had much effect, lol How long should I do it for? I think I did about 5 minutes.. The nose shape became lower by about the amount of silicone removed from the operated nose, and it went in and lifted by about the amount of the support removed. The nasal tip lifted., I’m thinking of my previous nose as the expectation point, so for now the lifting is still tolerable... If it lifts more from here,,,,, I think I’ll want to have surgery again.. Even now, since the amount from removing the support has disappeared, I keep going back and forth thinking about lowering the columella and redoing only the nasal tip.. Even when there is a columella and the nasal tip projects, the nostrils are visible, but still, the difference between having it and not having it is huge ㅜㅜㅜ Most people say that after the contraction period passes, it returns more toward the original nose, so if the contraction period is starting now, will it go back more toward my original nose from here? ㅜ I don’t want to go back ㅜㅜ At least because there is septal cartilage placed on the nasal tip and the tip has been tied, I don’t think it will be exactly the same as my old nose, but I’m anxious,, about how it will change further from here ㅜ I wish it would be decided that this is exactly the shape.. Time is not passing,,
