1 week after removing silicone, septal strut, and septal cartilage

Hello, I’ve only been lurking every day, but now I’m posting like this. I had everything removed 30 days after surgery.. It has been one week since the removal.. For the original surgery it was open, and for removal it was closed, and I had everything removed at the same hospital where I had the surgery. I have tape on right now, so I’m not sure about the shape. The nasal bridge and tip are a little blunter than before surgery... But for those who have had a septal strut removed like me.. I have something I’m curious about. Even after removing everything, when I eat now or round my mouth into an O shape, the area where the end of the columella and the philtrum meet aches a bit and hurts. Is that normal? Also, even if I touch the columella slightly, it feels tingling, prickly, and sore.. I wonder if it’s because I had two surgeries in such a short time.. I’m curious how it was for other people..
