The director was kind, and the consultation was thorough and done well in a comfortable atmosphere. The manager and front-desk staff were also kind, and the atmosphere was good. They explained what shape it would become after surgery while running a 3D program. It wasn’t hard to book aftercare appointments, and they paid a lot of attention to me. It was convenient because they always scheduled the next appointment on the day I went in. I was very nervous, but like the comment below said, they kept talking to me during the surgery and reassured me, so I didn’t feel anxious during the procedure. Among the places where I had consultations, this one seemed the most professional and kind, but they also firmly told me when something couldn’t be done or when something would look odd, so I decided to have surgery here. They seem to pursue a natural look, so I do wonder what it would have been like if it had been raised a bit more, but there has been a lot of improvement and there’s nothing particularly strange or uncomfortable, so I’ve decided to be satisfied with it here.
