Because my nose was too low, I kept wanting to have surgery, and I got excited thinking it would look better if I did it, so I had rhinoplasty. (June 2013)
At first, I didn't notice, but as time passed... my nose looked pointed and way too long. Before surgery, I had never once thought my nose was long... but every time I looked in the mirror, all I could see was my nose... and the long nose stressed me out so much. To think I paid my own money to make a long nose and ended up this stressed... I felt so stupid.
Still, I don't regret having rhinoplasty. Uh I would have done it someday anyway. If I hadn't done it, I wouldn't have realized how precious my old nose was.
No matter which hospital I had gone to for surgery, I think I would have been dissatisfied with the result. I think a raised nose just didn't suit my face from the start. I had no side effects at all, and I had no complaints about the hospital where I had the rhinoplasty, so I had everything removed again at the same hospital where I had the surgery. I removed both the silicone and the cartilage. Ah~~~ I can't believe how good this feels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy.!!!!!!
Now it doesn't look long anymore~~~ I'm so satisfied.
It's only week 3, so I can't say the swelling has completely gone down, but I think quite a lot of it has gone down,
I still can't make a pig nose~ and it's a little hard, but even so, I think it's almost back to how it used to look.
The hospital said it would probably be better not to do it, but,,, I absolutely couldn't live with such a long nose, so I insisted that I wanted to keep going ahead with it and did it.
If there are no side effects, almost every hospital will try to stop you if you say you want nasal implant removal.
But if you're so stressed and get irritated every time you look in the mirror... I think removing it is the answer. Because the person who knows me best is myself.
Still, please listen a lot to what the doctor says too~~~ I think it's best to decide carefully!!!^^
