Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redo

I’m sensitive by nature, so even looking into revision surgery is stressful..

I had natural adhesion double-eyelid surgery for my first surgery, but symmetry can’t be perfect, right? Looking back now, objectively, it was a well-done surgery. But because I’m sensitive, that subtle asymmetry stressed me out so much, and until about 3 months, I thought it had failed because my eyes looked too intense, so I pleaded with the clinic to undo it lolololol After all the swelling went down, the intense look disappeared, I couldn’t even tell there was asymmetry, and I lived feeling really satisfied. But in my 5th year, one side came undone, so I’m looking into revision surgery.. But thinking about getting obsessive over swelling and asymmetry again in the early stage already makes me exhausted. If I get the revision this time, I’m going to try not to look in the mirror much, empty my mind, and wait for the swelling to go downㅠㅠ
