How would a double-line lowering procedure look on my eyes?

I’m 10 months post-revision surgery. My right eye looks like a sausage eyelid, so I went for an A/S consultation, and they said I need to lower the line on my right eye, mainly toward the front, with a double-line lowering procedure. Right now, the thickness on both sides is similar. If I lower only the line on the right from here, I’m worried the eye sizes might actually become even more uneven... I just want it to match my left eye. I looked it up, and it seems like double-line lowering often leaves a lot of scarring and can easily create multiple creases. But my eyes look so uneven right now that I always have to edit photos. I’m really, really torn..ㅠㅠ Should I go for one more consultation? It’s Director Yang H-jae at Dㅇㅇ, and he seems to have over 10 years of experience, so if I do get double-line lowering, I can trust him, right?
