<1><2><3><4><5>Semi-out line / also had ptosis correction and upper canthoplasty / It has been one week since I had incisional double eyelid surgery, and the stitches have been removed / Along the stitched line, bumpy scar tissue(? has come up. It happened on both eyes / As soon as the surgeon saw it, they said the surgery went well and the swelling will go down, so not to worry too much / I originally wanted a semi-out line, but because of the scar tissue, the line has formed not at the incision line but above and below the incision line. Looking at it now, it is just an in-out line.. When I searched, it said scar tissue can happen to anyone as a normal postoperative symptom, and if it has not been long since surgery, not to worry too much, but to me it looks like if it continues like this, the line will become an in-out line.. I am going to call the clinic right away tomorrow and ask, but please I would also appreciate everyone’s opinions.. and what kind of care was effective for you.... I am so stressed. I am just looking in the mirror all day
돌돌이뿅 Did you also have medial epicanthoplasty? I don’t think a semi-out line will be possible.. For scars, you need to watch them for at least a month!
눈성공해야징 I’m also on day 6, and I’m still worried too But it was incisional surgery, so once the swelling goes down, it should get better
성형망하기싫다 [@돌돌이뿅] Can it change from a semi-out line to an in-out line even though I had it done with an incision.. An out line is fine ha I didn’t have medial epicanthoplasty!
성형망하기싫다 [@눈성공해야징] Even the scarring.. I can handle, but I hate the line changing the most, so honestly I feel like going to the clinic every day to check the progress.. haha
님옹 I also had upper canthoplasty, and mine looks similar The doctor said it was swelling, but I wonder if it will go down
성형망하기싫다 [@님옹] Mine started going down 3 days ago, and all the symptoms shown in those photos disappeared haha I exercised almost every day, got a swelling injection and swelling laser on the day my stitches were removed, and after 2 weeks I went back and got the same set of care once more, and it really went down so much..
굥떠기 Did the misalignment of the front part of the line get better after the swelling went down? I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery + ptosis correction a week ago, and mine looks exactly the same

Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoApr 15 But even if I only had a really simple procedure, does it count as a revision?
I only had one surgery to remove eyelid fat, but if I get double eyelid surgery later, would that be considered a revision?? And I’m also thinking about only getting medial epicanthoplasty, would that be the same too...? I’ve seen so many…
Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoApr 15 I had revision eye surgery for loosened eyes, and my eyes really became defined
I had my first surgery with the buried-suture method, and as time passed the line on my left double eyelid became much thinner than when I first had it done, so it started turning into an inner double eyelid, and my right eye came undone…
Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoApr 15 Aesthetics vs function, everyone, what would you choose?
My eyes were just so badly botched in the first surgery that no matter how I do the revision, I have to give up either scarring or function. Living with my current eyes, which don’t look good aesthetically, vs still getting revision…
Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoApr 15 Discovering new side effects every day
When I only disliked the asymmetry + over-widened canthoplasty design, I was so devastated lol But after I started looking into revision surgery, after finding out about dry eye, over-resection, scars, hypertrophic scars, and that my eyes…
Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoApr 15 I want to get an extremely, extremely subtle epicanthoplasty restoration
As the title says, I want to get a very~ subtle? epicanthoplasty restoration, and for subtle restoration, Mate seems like the best option. Does anyone know any other clinics that are good at subtle restoration? I’ve also made a reservation
Eye Re-Surgery@eye-redoApr 15 I’m sensitive by nature, so even looking into revision surgery is stressful..
I had natural adhesion double-eyelid surgery for my first surgery, but symmetry can’t be perfect, right? Looking back now, objectively, it was a well-done surgery. But because I’m sensitive, that subtle asymmetry stressed me out so much…
