Before going, I read through all the reviews, and half the people said they were kind, while the other half said they weren’t as kind as expected, so I was nervous about how they would treat me. After getting the consultation, they were kind, but they seemed tired? I did feel like they were slightly bothered. They answered everything I asked well, but after about 15 minutes, even though I still had more to ask, they said, “Yes, that’s enough~” and sent me out. Well, I guess there were people after me waiting for consultations too.... They showed me some examples of people similar to me and explained how the surgery would need to proceed. When I said I was worried that alar reduction might make my nostrils look like two straight vertical lines, they said I could do it later. They mentioned septal cartilage and ear cartilage, so I asked whether they don’t use costal cartilage, and they said they don’t usually use it for a first surgery. The order was consultant-director-consultant. During the consultant consultation, she explained the cost and various other things, and I liked that she brought up most of the things I had questions about first. The consultant actually spoke very gently and kindly, so the slight disappointment I had toward the director eased. The cost also wasn’t very expensive compared with the surgeries included, and the date I wanted was available, so I paid a deposit for now. Since I live outside Seoul, it’s hard to get many consultations, but especially because the nose shapes of people who had surgery there were the natural shape I wanted, I liked it. In particular, when I asked how much it would cost if I wanted alar reduction later, they said I could do it by paying only about 500,000 won for anesthesia, so I thought that was good too.

Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
