When I had my first nose surgery, they didn’t do alar reduction, and they told me to come back if I wanted to do my alar area. So without looking into any other hospitals, I went back to the same hospital where I had surgery and got alar reduction, but it failed. Only my nostrils got smaller, and there was no improvement in the alar area at all. Now I’m finally looking up alar reduction videos on YouTube and surgical methods, ha My nostrils are small, but the nasal base area inside is freaking wide....
