I had my 3rd revision surgery, silicone removal, functional rhinoplasty, autologous costal cartilage columella support, and nostril-lowering surgery (8.7 million won), but my nose is shifted to one side and the alar cartilage on one side of my nose is drooping. My nostrils are asymmetric. The shape looks weird... I absolutely don’t want to get AS at the same hospital, but could I get a partial refund??? It’s been about a month and a half now.. Even when they removed the cotton, the asymmetry was severe (they said it was swelling), but now it’s even more asymmetric, and maybe because of the protruding cartilage, it keeps feeling like there are boogers inside my nose.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
