I had my fourth nasal revision surgery in February, and the shape of my nostrils and the position and size on both sides changed, so please tell me a clinic that’s good at correcting it. ㅠㅠㅠ I thought this would be my last surgery and had both functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, but my nasal dryness got worse and my nostrils became asymmetrical, so it’s really hard ㅠ I’m thinking of ㅊㅁ, how is this place?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
