I had complete removal of the septal support, silicone, AlloDerm, and cartilage tying. After nose surgery, I had early removal at 3 weeks without inflammation. Now I’m entering one month after the removal surgery. During surgery, they shaved my hump without consent and apparently removed part of my nasal tissue. So the bridge of my nose has been shaved down, and only the nasal tip is strangely pointy, pinched, and upturned. It became a strange nose I had never heard of or seen in my life The hospital says it may be slightly upturned because of scar tissue and tells me to wait. Does the pinched look go away... I had everything removed, so why does it still look slightly pinched.. On top of that, the biggest problem is that the nostril rims have risen sharply, so my nostrils show... How can the shaved-looking nasal bridge get better? Can fat grafting make the nasal tip round like my old nose and fill in the shaved-down bridge.. Or with a simple filler.. This is my nose after removal
