I went to the clinic and had a long consultation with the director.
They explained in detail why the cause was like that, whether it could improve with revision surgery,
and the parts I hadn’t understood, so I understood.
The director also acknowledged the part they missed during surgery, and since they said that part can definitely be handled as aftercare,
I scheduled revision surgery for after the swelling goes down!
After I understood the situation to some extent and saw the director’s personality, I felt I could trust them, and they are genuinely very kind by nature.
They said it would improve a lot compared with now, so I feel relieved, but I think I’ll only know once I actually have the revision surgery!

It was a place rated above 4 points in a community and recommended by everyone,
so I went to a private clinic in Gangnam and had surgery without implants, combining functional and cosmetic correction.
It’s now day 20 after surgery, and aside from the nasal bridge, I’m satisfied with everything, including being able to breathe more easily.
But everything else went well, and the problem is that they didn’t set the nasal bridge straight.
From the moment I came out after surgery and woke up from anesthesia, I noticed this and told the doctor,
but even now, the director’s position is that the nasal bridge was placed straight in the exact center and that there is no problem.
But everyone I know says the nasal bridge is clearly leaning to one side, so I don’t know by what standard
they are calling this centered.
And according to the clinic, they say this is swelling and that it will be fine once it goes down, but I don’t know what kind of nonsense that is.
Does it make sense that once the swelling goes down, the nasal bridge automatically turns back to the right?
They mentioned facial asymmetry, but this seems like an issue outside of facial asymmetry,
and because the nasal bridge is not centered, when I wear the glasses and sunglasses I used before, you can see them leaning to one side.
Since the nasal bridge is standing to one side, more force is also applied to one side of the nasal tip, so I think only one side developed an upturned phenomenon and lifted. The swelling also really isn’t going down.
Maybe because of this, in my opinion, even 10 days after surgery, bleeding on the lifted side of my nose still wouldn’t stop, and I think inflammation developed too.
I heard early correction has to be done within 3 weeks, so I was worried it would be too late and called the clinic to request it, but the consultation staff just kept repeating that it was normal because of swelling and to wait until the swelling went down,
so I couldn’t take it anymore and kept calling, and I made an appointment with the director for next Monday.
For now, the director also says the nasal bridge is swelling, and told me to come fasting on Monday because they may be able to correct it after seeing it, but by then it will be day 25.
Wouldn’t that be too late for early correction?? I’m anxious because people say contracture or other problems could happen.
I run a company in the provinces with annual sales in the 20-billion-won range, so financial matters like surgery fees or compensation are meaningless,
and I just want them to perform a proper surgery as soon as possible, even one day earlier.
For business, I often meet clients, have meetings, and go on business trips, but my face has ended up like this,
so the damage to running my company and the business-related financial loss are too big.
I had surgery at this clinic because I knew it to be kind and good at surgery, and even if only my nose surgery went wrong, I can understand
that even a very good surgeon can make a mistake. But it would be better if they acknowledged the mistake or at least explained why it happened in a way that a patient who doesn’t know much about surgery could understand, so it’s disappointing that they didn’t.
First, if we meet next week and correction is not possible or they refuse to acknowledge it to the end, I’m planning to go with my attorney, within the bounds of what is legally allowed, and post surgical reviews on multiple sites
revealing the clinic name and photos, and regardless of money, I’m going to take this as far as I can with this clinic.
Whether it’s because of swelling or because they set the nasal bridge to one side,
