My specs: AA cup, underbust 74, desired C cup I’m not on the skinny side, but I have so little breast volume that I decided to get surgery. CCTV: yes. An anesthesiologist is stationed there. No drains for first-time surgery is a basic option for me.

-Interior A clinic famous for revision surgery. The interior has a slightly old-fashioned feel.
-Consultation Vectra? They took images with a virtual plastic surgery machine, and I had a consultation with the director. He was gentle and quiet, but answered my questions well, and he pulled, touched, and well... examined me in detail haha The clinic atmosphere and staff were okay.
-Price This clinic doesn’t have Sebbin. I received quotes for Mentor Smooth and Mentor Xtra. The transaxillary incision was about 500,000 won? more expensive than the inframammary fold incision, and the card and cash prices were the same (seems like almost every clinic is like that these days). There was no review event.

They said the inframammary fold incision is better both for shaping more beautifully and for recovery. Of course, if I want the transaxillary incision, there’s no problem with that.

The director is formerly from ㅂㅂ. When I look at reviews here, they recommend it together with fat grafting, but I’m a bit skeptical about fat grafting, so I’m not sure. As expected, they recommended it to me too.
-Interior They took photos with an iPad in the consultation room, then moved those photos into a program and did virtual plastic surgery simulation. But there was CCTV in the consultation room, so I don’t know if it was recording, and it felt a bit uncomfortable taking off the gown and being photographed in that room. The clinic facilities were clean and nice because it hasn’t been long since it was built.
-Consultation They measured dimensions, measured hip size too, and recommended an appropriate size. They also checked with ultrasound, and both the director and consultant were kind.
-Price I received quotes for Sebbin Sub and Mentor Xtra. They suggested removing fat from my upper arms and putting some into the cleavage area. They said wouldn’t it be cheaper to do it together while having surgery than doing it separately haha It wasn’t forced, but it seems they recommend it to many patients. Other reviews mentioned that too.

That’s about it for the review for now.
What surprised me was the subfascial placement. Since I don’t have much of my own breast tissue, I thought it would be dual-plane, but they said with my amount of tissue, subfascial is okay, and since my nipple spacing isn’t close either, if I do dual-plane, the implants may sit a bit far apart, so I should do subfascial. Instead, if I want a larger size, then I would need dual-plane.
Of course, they said I could do dual-plane with this size too if I want, but they showed me a video with severe animation deformity and said subfascial would be better. Of course, I do know the advantages of subfascial, but I don’t exercise intensely, so ㅜㅜ I’m really torn.
It’s the complete opposite opinion from other clinics, you know? Other places said they only recommend subfascial if you have enough tissue to fully fill an A cup. They showed me photos of people who did subfascial and then lost fat, making the implants look round and obvious, like boom! haha
Subfascial + risk of a bowl-like look vs. dual-plane + animation deformity The two clinics’ opinions are a bit different, so I’m conflicted. Subfascial has advantages too, but they said the higher chance of capsular contracture isn’t very significant either ;; Doesn’t everyone do dual-plane if they don’t have much of their own tissue?
