Had Motiva 285 285 in December two years ago. It was through the armpit incision, and now that 6 months have passed, the scar on the left side is still clear. Compared with other places, laser treatment is started way too late (starting from 6 months). Overall, the shape is pretty, but individual effort is needed. (I have never once taken off the compression bra for 6 months, and I wear it tightly fastened. They said I have to go around like this for 1 year.) I don’t know how other hospitals do the surgery, but one reason I got the surgery was so I could go without a bra, yet it is actually so uncomfortable. In the beginning, when the compression bra didn’t fit quite right and was loose, the breast shape looked completely strange.....ㅎ
Now it’s on the pretty side! But originally my left breast was slightly lower, and the cleavage gap was wide, and surgery did not improve that at all. It seems like it just comes out according to my own breasts!

The very important thing!!!! Maybe because I had the armpit incision, I developed a lymphatic circulation problem, and at around 3 months, my right armpit hurt and swelled unbelievably. It was to the point where I couldn’t raise or use my arm, so I asked the manager, and they said it was a muscle issue. I went to orthopedics and had shockwave therapy, but it didn’t hurt (if it were a muscle issue, it would definitely have to hurt).
Only afterward did I feel that something was off and visit the plastic surgery clinic (they said I couldn’t get an appointment right away ㅎ ^^). They said it didn’t seem to be a cyst, but that the lymph nodes seemed swollen, and prescribed medication. After taking the medicine, it got a bit better. It was not a muscle problem after all ㅠㅠ At that time my health suddenly got much worse, so I really struggled.
Conclusion: do the inframammary fold incision.
