Can anyone recommend a clinic with aesthetic sense that is good at reconstructing a deviated septum + septal perforation? ㅜㅜ I think the septal perforation happened during my first surgery.. The nasal tip has to be done with costal cartilage (there isn’t enough volume with septal cartilage or ear cartilage), and the nasal bridge currently has silicone, but I’m debating whether to remove it or lower the height. Please recommend a clinic good at perforation and autologous costal cartilage ㅠ
루비뤂 There aren’t many places that do perforation... Among the places I know, I know a few like ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅅㅅㄷㄹ, ㅋㅂㅈ, and ㅈㅇㅈ!!
코코재코 Did you decide on a clinic?? ㅜㅜ I’m going crazy because of the perforation too. I’m in a situation where I need revision surgery even just because of the perforation.. I’m considering Hanabi and Cobeau, what do you think?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
