When I had rhinoplasty 5 years ago, I don’t know if the doctor did a septal extension graft, but now I’m having trouble breathing, cartilage is protruding from the septal area just inside the nostril, my columella is deviated, one nostril is pinched, and there are a lot of problems… Can I remove the septal extension graft, place a thin layer of silicone, lower the nasal tip height, and have revision surgery? I don’t want total removal yet, but I’ve heard so many scary things like the nose can collapse after removing a septal extension graft, so I’m scaredㅠ It’s so hard…
