Revision rhinoplasty consultation review

I had my first nose surgery 3 years ago, and since last year I’ve been going around to consultations here and there. The place I liked was one clinic. They said the surgery would involve alar reduction (bulbous nose correction), lowering the columella, correction of a deviated nose, autologous costal cartilage, and ear cartilage. I was about 90% decided to do it there, but then I went for a consultation at another clinic. There, they said I didn’t need alar reduction... They said my alae aren’t thick; rather, the silicone implant on the nasal bridge is sitting thickly, making the dorsum look thick and making it look like a bulbous nose. For the side profile, the consultations at both places were basically the same, but for the front view, one place recommended alar reduction and the other did not... I looked into the other clinic because the reviews were good, and ah... I’m really drawn to that clinic too. But whether or not to do alar reduction is weighing on my mind, so I’m torn... Honestly, after this consultation I was leaning toward the other clinic, but the two places have different directions, so I’m torn again... Everyone who had alar reduction, do you not regret it...? They said that if I replace the silicone, the thick-looking part can be improved, but because I’m considering alar reduction, the front view may not come out the way I’m thinking... So I’m even more torn...
