I had under-eye fat repositioning and fat grafting at the same time. As a result, before surgery it was so plump that people asked if I had filler put into my aegyo-sal, but after surgery a deep horizontal crease formed in my aegyo-sal haha. Even if I tell the clinic, it’s obvious they’ll say it’s not their problem, so I’m looking into fat grafting for the aegyo-sal..
