Since my consultation appointment was in the morning, the wait wasn’t long I had a consultation with the representative director for double eyelid surgery and lower blepharoplasty The consultant was kind and said it would probably be a partial incision and that my eyes would be easy But after the director came in, they said my eyes would definitely come undone and that I had to do incision method But the director had charisma and explained my eyes to me They said it was pseudoptosis, so I didn’t need ptosis correction, and when I said I wanted an upper canthoplasty too, they included it. They explained well that with pseudoptosis and my eyes, the issue is sagging, not fat, and what that means Since it’s my first surgery, incision method feels way too burdensome, so I don’t think I’ll do it But if it comes undone later, I’m considering whether to have revision surgery here
