This is my 3-month review after receiving double-jaw surgery + two types of facial contouring at an oral and maxillofacial surgery clinic! Since middle and high school, I was teased a lot for having a long face and a protruding lower jaw, and I was especially extremely stressed about my side profile, so I decided I should get double-jaw surgery. I had consultations at about two or three places, and among them, I liked this clinic the most, so I decided to have surgery there ☺ Now at 3 months, I can eat almost anything, and my mouth opens as much as before surgery, so there is nothing uncomfortable. The sensation in my lower jaw has not returned 100%, but I can feel it slowly coming back! Almost all the swelling has gone down too, so if I do not say anything, no one knows I had surgery haha. After the surgery, interestingly, my nose also looks higher and my forehead looks more rounded. My confidence in my side profile has gone up a lot, I hear a lot from people around me that I got prettier, and I am spending each day with high satisfaction!
